Steps to return

Steps to star a return. 

1. Log in to your account 

2. In the **Email** field, enter your email address, and then
click **Continue**.
3. In your email account, open the email that was sent from
our store and copy the included six-digit verification code.
4. Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit
verification code.
5. Click the order for which you want to send the return.
6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you
want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click **Request Return**.  If you comply with our return policy  we will coordinate with you the pick-up at Plaza las Americas or if you want to send it by shipping, you must pay for the shipping. Once the piece is verified, a credit will be given to the store for 30 days. (credit does not include shipping costs)
