Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days after purchase. Once the order is shipped, we will provide the customer with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for delays with the postal service. Please make sure your address is added correctly. We are not responsible for returned packages in result of incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package must be re-sent because of the before mentioned error, the customer will be responsible of the re-shipping fee.
Pick Up Policy
Once the order is ready for pick up, a notification will be sent to the customer via text or email. Pick up will take place in the Plaza Las America’s Marshalls parking, on Mondays from 5:00-6:00pm. The customer will have a grace period of 14 days to collect their order. If the order is not collected within 30 days, the merchandise will be put up for sale again, resulting in the client losing it as well as their money.
